Anak Kecil Dilarang pake Google

Hayo sapa yang ketika mendaftar/memakai suatu layanan di internet suka baca Term of Service? Kalo saya pribadi, paling baca sekilas seandainya layanan itu mensyaratkan kita mendaftar. Tapi kalo layanan yang bisa dipakai tanpa perlu mendaftar semacam search engine google itu, mmhh kayaknya baru dibaca kalo lagi gak ada kerjaan deh.

Makanya ketika baca berita di cnet yg judulnya “Google: No kids allowed” cuma mesem-mesem ajah.
Di pasal 2.3 ada term seperti ini :

2.3 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.

Jadi jangan suruh anak kecil nyari tugas sekolahnya di google ya …. heheheheh
